OPSKE

PSKE is a platform for continuous development of Investment Proposal Lifecycle Management Subsystems based on relevant requirements of the competent bodies. Its entire structure and management make it a powerful tool in the fight against corruption and fraud. PSKE uses specialized management streams per program, data inheritance, history of user actions, control of users' rights per role, registers of evaluators / auditors with lottery assignment options, interoperability with third party systems and an advanced Business Intelligence system.

Allweb undertook through an international tender the initial development of PSKE which was successfully completed in 2008.

In 2020, the company Allweb undertook through the project "Upgrading of the Technological Platform for the Development of the State Aid Information System" the Upgrading of the PSKE in a 64bit environment and in the latest versions of all the individual components of the platform.
